  Good condition, but no dust cover; title page autographed by George H. Kerr; inscription on inside front cover: "For Bill Kerr the 2nd, from Jack Kerr, the 1st, Honolulu, November 16, 1974" ("Jack" is most likely George Kerr, since Jack was his nickname [click on the image of the letter].* But who's Bill Kerr the 2nd?)
